cickex Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules, User Obligations & Betting Policies

In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalised terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to a "person" include an individual, company, partnership, or unincorporated body.

• Platform means the cickex website, mobile-optimised web interface, and any associated digital services operated under the domain cickex.com.
• We / Us / cickex refers to the operator of the cickex platform and all its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors.
• You / Player / User means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• Account means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which bets may be placed and funds deposited or withdrawn.
• Balance means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Bonus Funds means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, free bet, or matched deposit amount credited to an Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirement means the total amount a Player must stake before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bet / Wager means any sum of money staked by a Player on a sports event, casino game, crash game, or any other product available on the Platform.
• Payment Method means any of the approved deposit and withdrawal channels available on the Platform, currently including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• KYC means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process cickex applies to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests.
• Self-Exclusion means a voluntary restriction placed on an Account at a Player's request, preventing access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• Prohibited Activity means any conduct listed in Section 3 and Section 5 that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between cickex and each Player. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To open an Account on cickex, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are acting as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any business entity;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of cickex or its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the cickex platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.2 Registration Process

To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number linked to your chosen Payment Method. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or any false personal details.

cickex reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period — typically 72 hours of the request being issued — may result in temporary suspension of the Account or refusal of withdrawal requests.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cickex will close all duplicate Accounts, void any winnings derived from them, and may retain any deposited funds pending investigation in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

2.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on cickex are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion on the Platform. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Amounts displayed anywhere on the Platform use Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) with the ৳ symbol prefix.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cickex will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.1 Security Obligations

• You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication (2FA) codes with any other person;
• You must select a strong, unique password for your cickex Account and update it promptly if you suspect it has been compromised;
• You must notify cickex immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation;
• You must not access your Account using a shared, public, or otherwise unsecured network device without taking appropriate precautions;
• cickex staff will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel — treat any such request as fraudulent and report it immediately.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cickex Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any software to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider trading on sports betting markets;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in your favour without reporting them to cickex;
• Placing bets designed to generate guaranteed profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse) in violation of the spirit of fair play as determined by cickex;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform in a manner consistent with money laundering;
• Opening an Account or placing bets on behalf of a third party, including as part of a "syndicate" arrangement not disclosed to cickex;
• Using chargebacks, payment reversals, or dispute mechanisms in bad faith to recover funds already used for wagering.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cickex currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Payment Methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka:

• bKash — mobile financial service by BRAC Bank PLC;
• Nagad — digital financial service by Bangladesh Post Office;
• Rocket — mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited;
• Upay — mobile financial service by UCB Fintech Company Limited.

cickex does not currently accept credit cards, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency. Any funds received via an unsupported payment channel will be returned to the source without crediting the Account.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by cickex, although your mobile wallet provider may impose its own transaction limits;
• Deposits are credited to your Balance instantly upon confirmed receipt from the payment network;
• cickex does not charge a fee for deposits. Any fees applied by your mobile wallet provider are outside cickex's control;
• You must deposit from a Payment Method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded;
• If a deposit fails to credit within 30 minutes of the transaction timestamp, contact support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same Payment Method used for the most recent deposit, unless KYC verification supports an alternative arrangement;
• cickex will process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days and within 48 hours on Bangladesh public holidays;
• Your first withdrawal requires successful completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid National ID (NID) or Passport and proof of Payment Method ownership;
• cickex reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period;
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Withdrawing real-money funds before meeting a Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of any outstanding Bonus Funds.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

cickex maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. We reserve the right to suspend or close any Account and hold associated funds where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that deposits or withdrawals are connected to fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious financial activity. cickex cooperates fully with law enforcement requests conducted through lawful channels.

All bets placed on the cickex Platform are subject to these general betting rules and, where applicable, the specific rules of the sport, tournament, or game type selected. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant rules.

5.1 Sports Betting

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are locked in once a bet is confirmed. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets;
• cickex reserves the right to void any bet placed after the conclusion of the event to which it relates (commonly called "late bets");
• In-play bets are subject to a brief processing delay. cickex will not honour any bet submitted during a technical disruption to the live data feed;
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded to the Player's Balance;
• cickex may limit the maximum stake on any individual market at its discretion. Maximum stake limits are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation;
• Markets covering the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches are governed by the official rules of the relevant cricket board (BCB, BCCI, ICC) in addition to these Terms.

5.2 Casino & Crash Games

• All slot, table game, and crash game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer processes and cannot be influenced by the Platform operator;
• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is provided by the game supplier. cickex does not modify RTP settings;
• In crash games (including Aviator and Captain's Bounty), the multiplier is generated by a provably fair algorithm. Players accept the inherent risk of the round ending before they cash out;
• Live casino tables are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to the rules displayed at each table in addition to these Terms;
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the game will be resolved according to the provider's standard disconnection policy. cickex will credit any confirmed winning outcome to the Player's Balance once the round result is confirmed by the provider.

5.3 Bet Cancellation & Voiding

cickex reserves the right to cancel or void any bet in the following circumstances: manifest pricing errors; event cancellation; confirmed match-fixing or corruption; technical errors that materially affected bet placement; or any situation where continuing the bet would constitute a breach of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's Balance in full.

cickex offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification;
• Each bonus offer specifies a Wagering Requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x, 30x) that must be staked before Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable real-money funds;
• Not all game types contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the offer terms;
• Bonus Funds are used after real-money Balance is exhausted. If your real-money Balance reaches zero, Bonus Funds are activated automatically;
• A Player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Claiming a second bonus before the first Wagering Requirement is met will result in forfeiture of the first bonus;
• cickex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in will be notified of material changes with reasonable notice.

6.2 Abuse Prevention

cickex takes bonus integrity seriously. The following behaviours will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account closure:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once;
• Placing low-risk, offsetting bets designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine play risk (bonus washing);
• Providing false personal information to qualify for a promotion;
• Systematically claiming promotions in a manner that cickex determines to be contrary to the spirit of the offer.

cickex is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. As a condition of using the Platform, you agree to engage with the responsible gaming tools available to you and to use them honestly and in good faith.

7.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined time period. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day waiting period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net profit/loss during the session;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion is activated within 24 hours of request confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

7.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

cickex strictly prohibits access by individuals under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your credentials, contact [email protected] immediately. We recommend using parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices.

All content on the cickex Platform — including but not limited to the cickex brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game assets, and software — is the exclusive property of cickex or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes;
• You must not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of cickex;
• Game content provided by third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe) is subject to those suppliers' intellectual property rights in addition to cickex's rights;
• The cickex name and logo may not be used in any marketing, social media, or other communications without express written authorisation from cickex.

Any breach of these intellectual property provisions will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cickex and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform, its availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or freedom from errors or viruses.

9.1 Service Availability

cickex endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond cickex's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications network failures). cickex will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such interruptions.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall cickex's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cickex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Third-Party Content

The Platform incorporates games and live dealer services supplied by independent third-party providers. cickex does not accept liability for errors, interruptions, or disputes arising directly from third-party game software, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Disputes relating to a specific game should be reported to cickex support and will be escalated to the relevant supplier where appropriate.

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

cickex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cickex will notify registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account before the amendment takes effect. Any outstanding Balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered Payment Method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

10.2 Account Suspension

cickex may suspend your Account temporarily and without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or money laundering activity; reasonable belief that your Account security has been compromised; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your Payment Method provider; or receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement instruction.

cickex will notify you of a suspension by email to your registered address as soon as reasonably practicable after the suspension is applied. Suspended Accounts retain their Balance pending investigation.

10.3 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. You may close your Account by contacting [email protected]. cickex may terminate your Account with immediate effect where a material breach of these Terms has been established following investigation. Upon termination for cause, cickex reserves the right to retain funds that are the direct proceeds of a Prohibited Activity.

10.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and constru ed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and cickex, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. cickex aims to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days.

10.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

10.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cickex with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
